Sandy was very professional had every car we wanted to test drive waiting and running when we got back from each drive. A couple days later we told her exactly how we wanted the car configured and within an hour she had 3 options for us and we selected one had it delivered and bought it without any extra trips to the dealer. At delivery Sandy had everything set up and it went very smoothly and she did an excellent job going over the features and setting up our options.
Sandy was excellent to work and it was a pleasure buying a car from her again!

Stark Chevrolet is the local dealer in my hometown of Sun Prairie. I have visited the used car lot on several occasions in the past just to browse what they had available. In the most recent past I was involved in a car accident and I was actively in search of a replacement vehicle. The Stark personnel were very responsive to my needs and did an excellent job of meeting my needs in my purchasing of a used vehicle. I would recommend Stark due to these reasons. I am fully confident that the service department will meet my needs when service on my vehicle is necessary.

Sandy was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely send a friend in to see her for a car purchase. Sandy took a great deal of time to make sure that we were thoroughly trained on all of the Chevy Cruze features and she also made very sure that our son who would be the primary driver was very well informed on all of this cars features.

Dan was excellent to work with. This was my first car buying experience and after visiting multiple dealerships, I liked Stark Auto the most. Dan was there for any question that we asked of him and he wasn't pushy in trying to make the sale. He worked with me to purchase a car rather than sell me something that I didn't want. It was a great overall experience.

This year we upgraded our vehicles through Stark in Sun Prairie and the service was excellent. We were included in on the many deals and incentives available for the new vehicles we just bought. We love our vehicles and the service was excellent. The sales person was so helpful. The bed-liner we put in the truck was done very much to our satisfaction. This dealership works with anyone walking through the door or browsing the lot. Overall, our experience has been so awesome and we couldn't have wanted anything more.

We were immediately greeted by Dan Carpenter when we arrived. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us several cars that fit our needs at the time. He had us test drive those cars and then since we had done our homework before arriving, we asked about another car that was at another location. Dan offered to have it brought over and then gave us some additional information on the 2 cars we were looking at. Dan's knowledge on both cars was very helpful in making our final decision. Dan's friendly demeanor and product knowledge was key in our decision to purchase at that dealership.

Our experience working with Dan Carpenter was very positive. He responded well to all of our questions with clear answers that helped increase our understanding. As we started the deal he freely offered options that we were previously unaware of. He followed-up with us in a timely manner. At present time still assisting us with a question. I visited Stark to find a used car, I chose Stark because they are a local company and I had heard very good things about their service.
